Don't shoutshouting creates distance
arguement started when there's a distance in between, we shout because we cannot hear each other anymore, our heart draws apart from each other.
the louder it is, the further it is.
"Sorry for what I just did"
this is a small reminder for myself.
better to keep your mouth shut whenever you are angry.
